Rates and Conditions for the music festival dates:
- Minimum 7 night rental until approximately mid-December. Watch this site for availability of shorter rentals.
- A $500 deposit is required to book and reservation must be paid in full by January 31, 2013.
- Reservations are non-refundable.
- Add $25 per night surcharge to rates for July 4-5-6-7.
- Must have a credit card to register upon arrival.
- A $1000 cash damage and nuisance deposit is required upon check-in and will be fully refunded upon departure if there is no damage and if there are no nuisance warnings.
- Cottages will only be rented to the maximum number of people as described on our web site.
- If you book for a certain number of people, no extra people will be allowed unless notified a minimum of 14 days before arrival. Extra people staying in a cottage over and above the reservation number will mean refusal or ejection from the property with no deposit refund.
- No visitors will be allowed.
